    Cooking time: ⌚⌛

    * Fry the croquettes a few at a time, either in a deep fat eletric fryer (if you have one) or in a frying pan with plenty of oil, "till they are crisp and browned all over!

    * Set the temperature to 180 c, fry them around 2 min

    * Serve hot or at a room temperature

    * Include also ketchup or hot sauce

    * Enjoy it!😍
